Troll Artist Boxer — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 24 October 2026

This policy explains what information the mobile game Troll Artist Boxer ("the game") handles, and why. The game is developed and published by TROLL ARTIST DOT COM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ("we", "us").

The short version

• You don't need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
• Your progress is saved only on your own device.
• If the game crashes or hits an error, a technical crash report is sent to our crash-reporting service so we can fix the problem. It doesn't include your name, contact details or location.
• The game does not show ads, sell anything, track your location, or use your contacts, camera, microphone or photos.

What stays on your device

The game saves the following on your phone or tablet, and nowhere else:

• your career progress (which opponents you've beaten)
• your win/loss record and best winning streak
• coins earned and upgrades bought
• your settings (for example, whether sound is muted, and whether you've seen the how-to-play guide)

We cannot see this information. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your device's settings, deletes it permanently.

Crash and error reports

To find and fix bugs, the game uses Sentry, a crash-reporting service provided by Functional Software, Inc. When the game crashes, freezes or encounters an error, it sends a report containing:

• technical details of the error (which part of the game's code failed, and the steps in the game shortly before it)
• your device model, operating system version and screen size
• the game's version number
• a random ID created when the game is installed, so we can tell how many devices a problem affects. It isn't linked to your name or any account, and a new one is made if you reinstall the game.
• whether the play session ended normally or with a crash

Crash reports do not include your name, email address, contacts, photos, location or any account information, and we have turned off the collection of personal data and screenshots. We use these reports only to fix problems in the game. They are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Sentry processes them on our behalf under its own privacy policy: https://sentry.io/privacy/

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or anyone else.
• We don't use advertising identifiers, analytics or tracking.
• We don't knowingly collect any information from children.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If the game adds features that handle information differently — for example in-app purchases or ads — we will update this policy before releasing them and change the effective date above.

Deleting your information

Your game progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data, deletes it permanently. Crash reports aren't linked to your name or any account, and they're deleted automatically within 90 days. To ask us to delete crash reports sooner, email hi@trollartistdotcom.com with the subject "Delete my data", your device model and roughly when the problem happened, and we'll delete the matching reports.
